Return Conditions

Sealed/Unopened Products

  • Full refund of the product price will be provided.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Opened/Used Products

  • No refund will be provided.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  2. Ship the sealed/unopened product back to our warehouse address.

  3. Once received, our team will inspect the product to verify it meets refund conditions.

  4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
